Type: This race is a 150 mile marked course cross county race starting in front of the Big Lake Islander Lodge to  Skwentna & Back to the Islander.

2/24/2014 Course XC UPDATE FROM XC DIRECTOR KEN LEE!!

We will be going out trail #1 to trail #6 to cow lake go overland trail to Red shirt lake then to Steve’s trail  to the big swamp

then to short cut slough  then up the Yentna river to Skwentna river go up the Skwentna river to Skwentna Road House.

I will hold the racers. I will let racers fuel off the clock. I will restart as soon as all racers are in ( 30 min).

I will let racers fuel off the clock when they arrive. Restart and leave Skwentna Road House out the back way to the Yentna River and back to Big Lake the way you left.

2 new classes being offered this year are 0-1000cc Long Track Class & 0-1000cc 04 & Older Class.

Time: Sign ups open at 9a.m. – 10:30

There is a fuel charge on this race so stay tuned for updated information this week (week of 2/18/2014).

Awards: Approxiamtely 4:00 p.m.

KIDS RACE: (Kids race information will be posted early this week)

Time: Sign ups open at 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. inside the Islander.

Race Inspection: Beginning at 12:30 p.m.

Racer Meeting: Directly after Inspections are done. (12:30 p.m.)

Race Starts: 1:00 p.m.

Race entry fee: $20 (No AMMC or Lions membership required for 120cc races)

Awards will be handed out directly after the race finishes and scoring is completed.
