AMMC Racing End of Season Banquet 2016
Our 2016 season has come to a close and we would like to invite all of our racing families to our end of season banquet!
When: May 14, 2016
Where: The Chalet at Government Peak 10690 N. Mountain Trails Drive Palmer AK 99645 (To get directions on a mobile device go to The Chalet at Government Peak Facebook Page and click on get directions.)
Time: Feel free to arrive at 2pm to utilize the trail system and visit with friends. Food service will start at 4:30 with light appetizers, main meal to be served at 5:00. Awards for all divisions will begin at 5:45.
Please remember that if you have a family membership, all members listed on your family membership are invited to the banquet, for free. An individual or youth membership allows the racer a plus one at the banquet. All other family or friends that you would like to invite will be charged $10 (children 5 and under are free).
The Chalet at Government Peak is a wonderful venue for enjoying the outdoors. We would like to encourage all families to bring fun outdoor activities! You can bring bicycles (don’t forget your helmets), soccer balls, footballs, and any other fun outdoor games you might think of. The Chalet will not be permitting the use of alcohol for this event. Please leave all adult beverages at home! Also, this is a rented facility and we would appreciate all individuals being respectful of the property in and around The Chalet.
The AMMC Board is looking forward to congratulating all of our Adult, Junior, and 120 racers that have worked so hard this season. Please join us to celebrate another successful season of racing!
