ABOUT AMMC

AMMC Racing  facilitates exciting, competitive snowmachine racing with an emphasis on safety. The general season includes cross-country, hillcross, drags, youth racing, and adult racing.

In addition to our regular racing schedule, you will also find us at other special events around the State of Alaska.

Register/Become a Member
To race with AMMC, you will need a current AMMC Membership. Memberships run on a yearly basis and expire in October.

AMMC Membership Fee Schedule:

Three Levels to choose from according to your needs:


  1. Family Membership: $100.00
    - All ages within the family up to 5.
    - Voting rights begin at age 18 within that family.- It includes up to 5 immediate family members living in the same residence and includes your banquet meal
    - Eligible to participate in AMMC sanctioned races.
    - $40 AMMC Gear Bucks* to spend on apparel at Arctic Man, Alyeska Motor Madness and Awards Banquet
    - Pit Pass/lanyard for racer plus 2 pit crew - $25 each additional pit crew pass needed
    - Discounts or freebies offered through sponsorship as available
    - Eligible for Trophies/Awards/Prizes & Money Classes
    - Awards Banquet Meal for Racer plus 1 and each family member listed on membership
    - Pit Crew must sign volunteer waiver each race

  2. Individual Membership: $50.00- Individual Membership for Ages 18 & up
    - Voting Rights
    - Eligible to participate in AMMC sanctioned races
    - $20 AMMC Gear Bucks* to spend on apparel at Arctic Man, Alyeska Motor Madness, or Awards Banquet
    - Pit Pass/lanyard for racer plus 2 pit crew - $25 each additional pit crew pass as needed
    - Discounts or freebies offered through sponsorship as available
    - Eligible for Trophies/Awards/Prizes & Money ClassesAwards Banquet Meal for Racer plus 1 guest
    - Pit Crew must sign volunteer waiver each race

  3. Youth Membership: $35.00 - The low cost membership for our youth (ages 4-17) has been established for the purpose of unifying our membership and for families who do not see a need to participate in the voting rights of the club.
    - AMMC encourages our racing families to join at the Family Membership level as it is the best value for your family.
    - AMMC understands that racers at this age may only participate in one race. In those cases, the racer is exempt from the Youth Membership fee and will instead pay an extra $10 on their race entry fee. This exemption is only valid one time during the race season.
    - Ages 4-17
    - Voting Rights
    - Eligible to participate in AMMC sanctioned races
    - $10 AMMC Gear Bucks* to spend on apparel at Arctic Man, Alyeska Motor Madness, or Awards Banquet
    - Pit Pass/lanyard for racer plus 2 adults - $25 each additional pit crew pass as needed
    - Eligible for Trophies/Awards/Gifts
    - Awards Banquet Meal for Racer plus 1
    - Pit Crew must sign volunteer waiver each race

*AMMC Gear only with Gear Bucks, not other venues gear such as official Arctic Man Gear – only AMMC Gear.

AMMC MEMBERS HAVE THE PRIVILEGE OF VOTING - Once a year we hold our annual election which is held in the spring after our end of season award banquet. If you have a desire to serve on our board or know of someone who may be a good fit for AMMC, send in your nominations via our Contact Us page.
